On 14 October, we had 20 minutes in front of more than 30 business leaders, agency founders and developers at the LK Domain Registry Elite Club Members’ Meetup. Our message was simple: every person on your team is a brand touchpoint, and it is time their identity reflected that.
The Elite Club brings together some of the most active .lk domain holders in the country, from large retail and logistics groups to software companies, web developers and digital marketing agencies. These are the people who already think hard about how their businesses show up online. It was the perfect room to talk about how their people show up too.

Every employee is a brand touchpoint
Think about the last time someone from a company introduced themselves to you. A showroom salesperson, a logistics account manager, a customer success rep from a software firm. In that moment, they were the company.
Yet most businesses still leave that moment to chance:
- Paper cards run out, go out of date and end up in a drawer.
- Identity is hard to check. Customers can’t easily confirm that the person in front of them really works for you, and impersonators take advantage of that.
- Information is scattered. Contact details, brochures and portfolios live across WhatsApp chats, email threads and PDFs.
- Management is in the dark. There is no view of which staff interactions turn into real leads.
These are not small problems for a business whose reputation depends on trust.
One verified profile, shared any way
mypage.lk gives every person on your team a verified digital profile. It works as a digital business card, a home for their links and documents, and a showcase for their qualifications, all in one place.
- Share it any way. By link, by QR code, or with a tap of a custom NFC card. The person receiving it needs no app.
- On brand by default. Each person gets their own address, such as amila.mypage.lk, so every share reinforces your company’s name.
- Everything in one tap. Brochures, catalogues, proposals and booking links sit right on the profile.
- Visibility for management. Views, card taps, link clicks and leads roll up by person, team and branch.
We handed out custom NFC cards during the session, and seeing a profile open instantly on someone else’s phone did more than any slide could.
Verification is the difference
Anyone can make a link-in-bio page. What sets mypage.lk apart is that the person behind the profile is verified.
- Individual verification. An NIC-based identity check confirms the person is who they say they are.
- Business verification. Profiles issued by your company confirm that each person actively works for you.
- Verified credentials. Certificates and licences carry a verified badge, so they are shown, not just claimed.
For banks, insurers, finance companies and any business that has dealt with impersonation, this is the part that matters most. A customer can tap a card and know, in seconds, that they are dealing with the real thing.
For agencies: become a founding partner
Many Elite Club members are web developers, hosting providers and digital marketing agencies who already bring their clients online with .lk domains. So we used part of our slot to invite them to bring their clients’ teams onto mypage.lk too.
We see three ways to work together:
- Refer. Introduce a client and earn commission on paid packages and NFC cards.
- Resell. Bundle mypage.lk into your website and marketing packages at partner pricing.
- Manage (coming later). Run staff profiles for all your clients from one partner dashboard.
mypage.lk is not a replacement for the website’s agencies build. It is the people layer that sits alongside them. We are forming a small founding partner group to shape the terms together, and we will be in touch this week with the agencies who signed up.
What’s next
The conversations after the session were the best part of the evening, and we left with several corporate partnerships to follow up on. A big thank you to the LK Domain Registry Elite Club team for having us.
Next stop: Infotel in November. Come find us at the LK Domain Registry stall to see mypage.lk in action and tap an NFC card for yourself.
Want to bring your team onto myPage.LK? Rollout takes days, not months: share your staff list, we create and verify the profiles, and your people log in and make them their own. Start with a small pilot group and scale from there.
